Mostly a collection of social reblogs, OC art, and cuttlefish. Background from Cryptovolans

I wanted to practice drawing body diversity. All in all, for a first go, I think it came out pretty well.
From left to right:
Victoria Ackerly - Formerly one of the Wisemen, Arcadia’s council of dictators, Ackerly is 47 and now a member of the rebels. She’s curvy but muscular, and she will fuck your shit up. Also has the power to manipulate her bones, as seen in the spines. I like a lot about this image, although I have my misgivings about the length of the legs. And the feet suck.
Deserich/"Eden Gillespie" - Deserich was raised by a Canadian couple - and for the first seventeen years of her life, both they and she thought she was human. But when she turned seventeen, the facade of humanity began to fall away. She became apathetic and emotionless, and her body stretched and thinned and paled - becoming what you see before you. I’m not 100% fond of how this one came out - Dese’s arms are too long and her shoulders look hunched.
Darth Krulid - A woman born in the wrong era, Darth Krulid dreams of the glory days of the Sith Empire and wishes to bring them back. She’s an honorable duellist to the core, and she hits like a truck. I think this might be my favorite of these drawings - although Krulid might have turned out a tiny bit thinner than I had imagined her
Darth Phantasmas/Veesa-Ras Copek - Krulid’s apprentice, Phantasmas is everything Krulid was not - modern, crafty, secretive and practical. She deals in the theatrical and the melodramatic, and she knows how to twist people’s minds to her way. Despite this, she is not especially powerful in the Force, a fact which she makes up for with technical know-how and tricky. I like this drawing, but the legs could be shorter, I think.
Adella - Adella is a vampire, and she has survived some of the most tumultuous years of human history by keeping her head down and keeping quiet. She still dresses like it was the 1940s. This was the first of the drawings that I did, and while I really like it, it’s too small in comparison to the others.
Alexa Flores - A mad scientist, wracked by guilt and possessing the power to control insects. Thiis one I think is the worst of the lot.
